Having hired Asian Fusion Catering for my birthday party, I didn't realize how easy it would be for me. Everything was done for me from appetizers to the sushi rolls salad and a dish for those who don't eat fish. He even brought his own rice maker and prepared the sushi right in from of us. I would definitely hire him again. Everything was fresh and delicious. He will cater to your desired sushi selection!
